DetectManager prevents shutdown. How should this be handled?

I recently upgraded to Windows 11, but every time I shut down my computer, a pop-up appears saying End Program > DetectManager is preventing shutdown.I checked the option in the computer settings to disable the automatic termination of applications that prevent or cancel shutdown, but it still doesn't work. How can I fix this? Thank you.
