There seems to be an issue with loading desktop icons and accessing OneDrive on a specific user account. Upon attempting to log in to OneDrive, error code 0x8004de44 is encountered. When using the command prompt:

The command returns "File not found - iconcache_*.db," indicating that the icon cache file is missing.
