DESIGNER only mkes 1 design not 4

STILL NOT WORKING:.  been in contact with MS support liek |5-20 times.. they promise to caLL ME 2 TIMES NEVER CALL.. AFETR 5 WEEKs they finally call me backk to tell me!" contact designer in app, or post in community or contact them on x... ETC:: i have done it aløl! DESIGNER TEAM DOES NTO ANSWER!! noty on instagram, linkedin, x,. SO thsi app id USELESS!!   i evene tried to cancel adn asked for a refufn of officew 365,.. BUT afetr 2 weesdk still no answer here.. SI o advice.. switch to APPLE!   they do give support.-.-  the phonecall was bascilyh to tell me" we are the wrong people to give suport on tgeh designe! so why did you call me and why did your suppprt scehdulde the call?? MIRCOSOFT is poor support.. im goving to apple no.. 

Same issue for about a week.  Has anyone replied from Microsoft to fix this?  It has become useless. I upgraded subscription and will cancel if MS Designer does not work even with 'credits.' 

I am having the same issue. It started the day after I upgraded to Premium in fact! I only get one image of much poorer quality than before. This is very frustrating as Designer is my favorite generator. I belong to an international AI prompt writing group and everyone has this same problem. I have been told it is an MS. server problem. I have even contacted Ms support and had the agent access my computer. He referred me here. Please provide a solution and honest answer. Thank you

I am also finding this change frustrating as I would typically use the four images produced.  I also find that the one image is nothing like the quality and detail previously provided with dull and uninspiring pictures being produced - I don't use for producing videos so can't comment on this change.

I am also having this same issue for a several days now. Something must have changed where it is doing this.

Ensure you're selecting the correct aspect ratio (16:9) in the prompt or settings before generating images.
