Default location

I use my Windows 11 laptop about once a week.  The past Saturday, I turned it on and found that it thinks it's in California (Alhambra to be exact) I live in Wahiawa, HI.  I manually changed the time zone to HST.  But it doesn't change other services that use location services.  The Weather App still thinks I'm in Wahiawa, though.  How can I get Windows to automatically detect my correction location?  One time, it thought I was in Russia (of all places and I thought my computer was highjacked).  I forgot how I fixed it, though.

Thank you.

    • Open Settings: Press Windows + I.
    • Navigate to Privacy & Security > Location.
    • Make sure Location service is toggled On.
    • Under Apps that can access your location, ensure that Weather and other relevant apps have permission enabled.
