Dark Mode on Windows 11 computer?

Hi there is Dark Mode good for your eyes or is it bad wondering because all of my devices I use is on Dark Mode and for me it doesn't seem to do any harm but the individual pixels that is lighting up is bright and the rest is dark I don't think I'm asking the question correctly?
