Custom cursors are broken

I updated to Windows 11, version 24H2 2026-8 Preview Update (KB5120998) (26200.9278) and my custom mouse cursor pack just got disabled and I can't get it back. I can't even use the other windows options. Is this a windows bug or my PC is the problem?

    The update broke the way Windows loads custom mouse cursor schemes, which is why your settings appear locked and won't apply.

    Nawet po odinstalowaniu aktualizacji KB5120998, szkody wyrządzone w systemie pozostały. Żadne próby ujarzmienia niestabilnego kursora, powrotu do czarnego koloru - nic nie dały. 
    To, co dzieje się z systemem jest horrorem!
    Tymczasem Microsoft milczy. Brak możliwości kontaktu z bezkarnym gigantem technologicznym!
