Cross-device clipboard not working on Windows 11 25H2 (Phone Link connected, sync enabled)
Hey there. My cross device stopped working for me as well a couple weeks ago. Also tried all your steps and nothing seemed to help or work. Until I started experimenting. I got mine working again doing the following steps and I hope it can work for others.
What I did was go to my windows update. Click on Update History. Click on Uninstall Updates. The one that I uninstalled was "SECURITY UPDATE FOR MICROSOFT WINDOWS (KB5077181). So I unistalled that one then restarted my computer and then I got my cross device copy and paste back. Hope this helps.

SweedestCustomCreations Hey, thank you for your solution. I've tried to look for that update and I don't see that installed on my machine at all. What am I missing?

All I did was go to the update history section. I figured out from which date it stopped working and just uninstalled the one that I mentioned. Mine stopped working around 2/11 updates so I just went from there.
