Critical Error - Event ID 41

After the 2024-11 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5045935) update, I started getting a Critical error that caused my PC to reboot when I placed it in Sleep or Lock mode. My system doesn't reboot while I'm using it.  I've run drive and RAM diagnostic tools which show no issues.   Any help as to where to go next would be appreciated.
