Using DiskPart to format the USB and then dd from WSL to write the bootable ISO. First, the drive gets cleaned, partitioned, formatted, and marked as active with DiskPart, then the ISO is written using dd. This is a very simple way to make Asahi Linux bootable usb on any Windows PC.
