Copy to clipboard very slow with the snipping tool
I had this issue that with windows 11, for some reason the windows copy to clipboard took a while, like a two or three second delay between the screenshot was taken and it being copied, and I was looking for a solution, and so far nobody had a real solution but I think I found a good one to fix this without disabling snipping tool.

I came looking for exactly this issue, as I regularly need to take screenshots and send them to customers while on the phone. the delay was so frustrating, as I would often send the last screenshot taken, not the correct one.

If copying to the clipboard with the Snipping Tool is slow, try these simple steps:
Update Windows and Snipping Tool: Make sure your computer and Snipping Tool are up-to-date.
Close Extra Programs: Close any apps or programs you don't need to speed things up.
Clear Clipboard History: Press Windows + V and click Clear all to empty your clipboard.
Check Disk Space: Make sure you have enough free space on your computer.
Disable Clipboard Apps: If you use a clipboard manager (an app that tracks clipboard items), try turning it off to see if it helps.
Restart Your Computer: A quick restart can sometimes fix slowdowns.
Check for Viruses: Run a virus scan to make sure nothing is slowing down your system.
Use Snip & Sketch: Try using Snip & Sketch instead of the old Snipping Tool. Press Windows + Shift + S to use it directlyhttp://ccrps.org
These steps should help speed up the process! Let me know if you need more help.
