Copy to clipboard very slow with the snipping tool
I had this issue that with windows 11, for some reason the windows copy to clipboard took a while, like a two or three second delay between the screenshot was taken and it being copied, and I was loo...
Open Settings (press Win + I).
Go to Apps > Default apps.
In the search box, type Screen snipping (or just snipping).
Click on Screen snipping in the results.
If the default app is set to Snipping Tool, change it to Screen snipping.
Close Settings and test by pressing Win + Shift + S.
The screenshot should copy instantly to the clipboard.
The Snipping Tool annotation window will still appear as usual.
