Copy settings of taskbar in Windows 11

Hello,

is there a way to copy the settings.dat file at the path: "%LocalAppData%\Packages\Microsoft.Windows.StartMenuExperienceHost_cw5n1h2txyewy\Settings"?

When I try to copy it, the prompt says that it is opened. I want to copy it to the "Default-User"-Folder.
