Copilot button

Does anyone know why Microsoft decided to make laptop keyboards awful with the Copilot button? Even worse, the native Windows 11 setting to 'customize' the key only lets you choose between Search, Copilot, or opening an app. It straight up won't let you natively rebind it back to standard keys like Right Ctrl. It's awful losing a dedicated key on a brand-new laptop, and a straight-up accessibility nightmare to be forced into using extra software just to fix basic layout functionality.

Are there any plans to expand the Copilot button rebinding that does not require 3rd party software? I just want to be able to rebind it natively to Right Ctrl like it used to be or literally any other key.
