Consolidate Data from Subfolders to Main Folder

I am currently organizing a series of word flag embroidery design files that are stored in separate folders within a Windows directory. The files are structured based on size and country, such as Albania- 3 Inch, Albania- 4 Inch, Albania- 5 Inch, Albania- 6 Inch. My goal is to consolidate all these files into a single main folder named Albania. This example represents just a fraction of the total folders, as there are over 234 folders in total. I have attached a screenshot for visual reference. Kindly assist me in achieving this organizational task.
