impossible to connect to my Microsoft account :

    Clear your browser’s cache and cookies, and try logging in using an incognito window or a different network.

    Hi,

    This error is usually related to a temporary authentication issue with your Microsoft account or corrupted login cache.

    Try the steps below:

    1. Check Microsoft services status to see if there is any ongoing outage.
    2. Sign out of all Microsoft services and sign in again.
    3. Clear browser/app cache or try signing in using a different browser or device.
    4. Reset your password (this can refresh authentication tokens).
    5. Make sure your date, time, and region are set correctly and synced.

    If you are using the Xbox app or Windows, also try:

    • Restart your PC
    • Run wsreset.exe (Win + R) to reset Microsoft Store cache

    If the issue started recently and still persists, it may be a temporary server-side problem.
