Computer Unresponsive after screens turned off overnight & USB Issue.

This has always been a problem but I do not like having to hard shut down every single morning...

Running 3 screens. I can leave them on all night, wake up 9 hours later, and the pc will run as normal.
If I turn them off for the night I come back to an unresponsive computer.
The screens are black but do not say "No Signal"
Ctrl Alt Del will sometimes wake up a screen but nothing happens.
The mouse doesn't appear.
Win Ctrl Shift B does nothing at all.
Pressing the Power button does nothing. I have to hold it until the rig shuts off.
All sleep and power saving options are off, as far as I know.
It's all set to NEVER or disabled.
Ultimate Performance is the current power plan.
GPU drivers are new, not repaired or fast/minimum install.

The only OTHER remaining issue is USB devices will lose signal if I plug too many in directly to the motherboard.
There's 3 ports on top of the case. If I use more than one I lose connection and sometimes nothing reconnects.
Same problem directly on the motherboard. I can plug in 2 devices no issue but a 3rd will cause everything to lose connection.
To alleviate this issue I'm using a USB hub.

The USB issue has been a problem for years and did the same thing on an AM3 platform. Nobody can give me a straight answer on how to fix that but it's been a few years so maybe someone found a solution by now?

If you’re using a dedicated GPU, go into the graphics control panel (NVIDIA Control Panel or AMD Radeon Settings) and adjust settings related to power management. Look for options like "Prefer maximum performance."

Look for settings related to "Deep Sleep," "ErP," or "S3 Sleep Mode" while checking the power management settings in the BIOS. You might want to disable these features.
