Complaint About Inaccessible Word Prediction Functionality
Dear Sir/Madam at Microsoft,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the current functionality of word predictions in your products. Specifically, I would like to highlight the lack of the option to edit word predictions or add custom words. This limitation poses a significant barrier for individuals with disabilities, such as myself, and greatly hampers the usability of your products.
While I understand that the automatic adaptation of word predictions might occur over time, I have the need to access this feature already. The constant repetition of the same words until they appear in the predictions is extremely time-consuming and frustrating. It often takes weeks for me to configure the word predictions to my preference. Additionally, when I have to reinstall Windows, these individualized adjustments are lost, and I am back to facing the same issue. This results in unnecessary stress and significantly impacts the usability of your products.
As I can only use one hand for typing due to my disability, not having efficient access to word predictions is particularly problematic for me. It would be extremely helpful if Microsoft could implement a solution that allows users to edit word predictions and retain customizations even when the operating system is reinstalled.
I kindly request that you consider the needs of people with disabilities and strive for an inclusive use of your products. The ability to edit word predictions and add custom words would greatly assist many individuals facing similar challenges to mine.
Thank you in advance for your attention and understanding. I hope for a positive change in this matter.
Best regards,
RealSemper

This is what the icon of the new Microsoft application looks like - which provides a backup of application settings, and others
system settings, in an optional update is available.
What version of Windows do you have now?

Of course, this is the best way to convey suggestions to Microsoft developers.
