Compare files in folders subfolders only file names freeware
I'm looking for a simple freeware that will compare 2 folders containing subfolders showing the files that are different. However I'm not interested in different size, date, content or what have you...
You mentioned trying WinMerge; however, it can be configured effectively just for file names: In the settings, you can tweak the filters to focus solely on comparing file names without size or content checks. Make sure to adjust the options before running the comparison.
