If the colors look noticeably different after changing the profile, I’d check Windows’ Color Management settings and make sure the correct ICC profile is assigned to the monitor. For eye strain, lowering brightness and using Night Light can also help, but it’s worth keeping the display’s color profile accurate rather than relying only on a warmer tint.
