Cloned android device or PC window's security breach?

Hello

I have 1 desktop computer and 1 Android phone.

I use the photos legacy app and I noticed that on the "select folders" in the settings my phone path appeared two times.

I immediately removed the "link to windows" app from my android device and then I switched off my wifi and mobile data, went to the PC's file explorer but the android device appeared as if it is still connected ?!?! 

I clicked on it and I could navigate my phone's storage as if it was still connected.

This doesn't make sense, do you think that someone has cloned my Android device or hacked my windows PC?
