Clipboard History does not recognize the Delete key on Windows 11

Well, three years passed, noone gives a **bleep** of this question. The best thing one can do is to make 1000 messages here(until it's deleted, or /i don't believe/ they do smth.), post this topic on reddit and make it boom. Don't forget to post first message's date!!!
Whistles and farts(like autohotkey scripts, etc.), like people suggest here, is not the solution. It's an everyday, close-to-body thing. Necrosoft has to do it properly, their job, done **bleep**.
I, personally, don't care of this problem as I don't use windows anymore. But anyway, why this could even happen?
