Click sound from Snipping Tool's full screen screenshot
So on my new pc when I installed Windows 11 25H2 latest and got into desktop ,one of the first things I tried was Snipping Tool as I used it a lot when I worked on my laptop, but I got surprised when I've heard a click or camera capture sound when i took full screen ss and i thought it was just from 25H2 version so i reverted back to 23H2 the same as my laptop , but it still had the same sound unlike my laptop's Snipping Tool.
I'm right now on Windows 11 23H2 and have tried an older version of the same major feature update on a virtual machine to test if it had the same issue and it did have.
On the virtual machine it didn't have anything installed and it still had the same sound even after updating Snipping Tool
On all the times I've tested Snipping Tool on PC I've noticed that in Volume Mixer there was Snipping Tool Icon where the sound plays and I can click and play it over and over with each click, I tried muting it but when I close Snipping Tool and reopen it the mute configuration gets rested.
On Laptop it doesn't have this issue.
I don't think AMD Software: Adrenalin is causing the issue as I've mentioned that on virtual machine it had same sound without AMD drivers installed
Current PC OS is Windows 11 Pro 23H2 version 22631.7219 .
Current Laptop OS is Windows 11 Pro 23H2 version 22631.6199 .
Both PC and Laptop have the latest update of Snipping Tool which is
11.2602.49.0
The Pc parts that maybe related to the topic:
x870 MAG Tomahawk WIFI.
9070 XT Mercury.
R5 9600x .
Laptop is MSI Katana so it has Nvidia GPU
I've attached a video link showcasing the issue from PC:

I've attached a video link showcasing how it looks from my Laptop:

Also on the PC even though its in Arabic Language same as Laptop the GUI is flipped like how its shown below:
I think its using English GUI layout from Left to Right thought its in Arabic.
Unlike Laptop's Snipping Tool like how its shown below:
I hope there is a Registry edit to fix both issues or any other way.
Thanks in advance with kind regards.
Khalid.

Hi, I’d try repairing or resetting Snipping Tool from Settings > Apps first, then check the Windows sound scheme and test with system sounds disabled. If the click still happens after that, it may be built into the current Snipping Tool version or tied to accessibility/capture feedback. Best next step would be Feedback Hub with your Windows build and Snipping Tool version.
