Since you are using the Insider Build bug and errors like this are expected.
Try open start and search for feedback and open the Feedback Hub app and report this issue.

Understood, and I have reported it using feedback hub, but the problem persists.
- Windows Insider would have bugs and errors and since you reported it continue checking for updates and hopefully it will be solved soon.
