Changes in Geometry Dash performance after installing Windows 11

Has anyone noticed changes in Geometry Dash performance after installing a recent Windows 11 Insider build?

I'm particularly interested in cases where the average FPS looks normal but the game still feels less smooth because of frame-time spikes, refresh-rate changes, or inconsistent frame pacing.

Geometry Dash isn't a particularly demanding game, so it seems like a useful title for testing whether a Windows update or graphics-driver change is affecting low-latency 2D games.

What settings would you recommend checking first—hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling, graphics drivers, Windows Game Mode, refresh rate, or something else?
