Can't upgrade to Windows 11 Despite meeting requirements

I have secure boot enabled and TPM enabled, and exceed all minimum hardware requirements. Yet, I still get a vague error that my machine doesn't meet specs when trying to upgrade to Windows 11. The only thing I can think of being an issue is that for some reason my Windows drive shows as "Windows Boot Manager" in BIOS, while my PopOS drive shows as "UEFI ...". Should Windows also show as UEFI? I don't know why it doesn't show as UEFI or how to fix it.
