Can't sign in (Windows 11)
I can't sign in to my PC and laptop after receiving a "Windows Hello" notification and clicking to open it. It asked me to set a PIN, but when I tried, an error message appeared. At that moment, I thought nothing had happened, so I continued working on my PC. However, after it went to sleep and woke up again, I haven't been able to sign in since (see details in the video).
It's even worse. I thought I had entered the wrong PIN, so I tried again on my laptop (with the same Microsoft ID). There was also a "Windows Hello" notification, so I entered the PIN again, and it showed the same error as on my PC. Now I can't sign in to my laptop either.
PS. My PC and my laptop do not support Windows Hello; they don't have a fingerprint reader or facial recognition webcam.
Here the Video about the problem

Safe Mode disables Windows Hello and other sign-in options, allowing you to log in and fix the settings.

Sometimes, a simple restart can reset temporary issues. Force restart your PC by holding the power button, then attempt to sign in again with your password or PIN if available.
