Can't install certain Windows 11 updates
I’ve tried multiple times to download the following files. Each time, I get an error message “Install error - 0x80070103” that instructs me to retry. I've searched, but I can't find what this error code means.

I’ve read that the files can be ignored, but my question is, what is the purpose of these files? If they are not necessary to the system, why are we updating them? How can I download and install these files?
