Can't disable Xbox Game Bar popup
Every time I connect my Xbox 360 controller I get this annoying popup:
Despite having toggled off the related setting:
It's been like this for months and I have no clue how to fix it. Microsoft's geekies also have no clue how to fix this since I asked on their forum months ago.

If the popup is specifically about the controller, you might also want to check your Device Manager and disable any unnecessary Xbox controller services.
Open Windows Settings, go to Gaming → Xbox Game Bar, and turn off the toggle switch. Then, use regedit to open the Registry Editor, navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\GameDVR， set the values of AppCaptureEnabledand GameDVR_Enabled to 0, and restart your computer for the changes to take effect.
