Can't avoid windows snapping to top of screen
I know how to turn off Snap. I'm able to drag windows off the edge or bottom of the screen without issue, but they still always auto-snap to the top edge of my screen
Any way to avoid that?

If Windows' built-in options don't fully resolve the issue, tools like PowerToys (by Microsoft) include a FancyZones window manager that gives granular control over window placement.
