Cannot Turn on Memory Integrity

When I try to enable memory integrity I get the message shown below.

The driver is:

I searched for the driver and tried to delete the files (there were 3)

and got this message

Autoruns found the wcdsam64 system folder, but it was empty. Nevertheless, when I checked Windows Security, " no action was required."

Autoruns found many other "red" non-driver issues.  Is it worth persuing these further?  My computer appears to be working fine.

It is hardware issue. I'd suggest turning it off for secure reason.

Thanks for responding.  What do you mean by turning "it off"?  When I tried to turn on system protection I got the messages shown above.
