Cannot set static IP address on second network adapter (Windows 11 Pro)
I have two wired network adapters on my computer. The first one is conefigured with static IP address, netmask, gateway and DNS servers and it works fine. I tried to configure the second network adapter with IP address and netmask and Windows preserves these settings in GUI, however when I inspect thata network interface with ipconfig commenad the IP address is 169.254.79.184. I cannot change that even by using netsh. It seems to be some kind of bug in Windows 11. Does anyone can halp me with that?

Manually enter the IP + force configuration via commands + update the driver – these three steps will resolve the multi-network card static IP issue.
