Cannot save new characters in EUDCEDIT

I am making new characters at EUDCEDIT, but after making about 20 characters, I am unable to save new ones.  The system error message is that I don't have sufficient memory storage resources.  But I am sure that my computer still has enough memory storage.  May I know if anyone has encountered such situation and share a way to help.

    Try closing any unnecessary applications or background processes that might be consuming system resources. You can do this by pressing Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open the Task Manager and closing any unnecessary processes.

    Shut down other programs running in the background to free up system resources.
