go to
Open Regedit,
go to : HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\Zones\3]
after that search for Key 180F -> Change value to 0
Reboot the machine it should fix the issue
