Cannot install Windows 11, but have all the requirements

Like the title says. I cannot install Windows 11, but (it seems that) I have all the requirements. I'm not getting the update for Windows 11.

 I've done the following so far:

• Downloaded PCHealthCheckupSetup. The only thing I still had to do was enable TMP. Which I did. All boxes are green now.
• Updated my drivers.
• Updated Windows 10. 
• Made sure I have enough space on my hard-drive. 

These are my specs:

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8700 CPU @ 3.20GHz  3.19 GHz
RAM 6,0 GB
932 GB SSD Samsung SSD 870 QVO 1TB, 932 GB HDD TOSHIBA HDWD110
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER (8 GB)
64-bits, x64-processor

Anybody have advice? Am I missing something?
