Can Windows crash because of electromagnetic interference?
Can electromagnetic interference actually cause Windows to crash or behave strangely? My PC sometimes crashes for no clear reason, and I'm wondering if EMI from nearby devices or poor shielding could...

It's possible in theory, but it's rarely the actual cause of everyday Windows crashes, and it's almost never the first thing to suspect.
In your case it could be a driver (especially GPU or chipset) or RAM issue (run Windows Memory Diagnostic or some other app to stress the RAM).
Or maybe a PSU that's failing...
