Can not unlock laptops after meeting, when laptop is offline then it works.

After updates from September/October 2025, Windows 11 24H2/25H2 devices using the Identity Update Manager certificate/PKINIT experience machine passwords not rotating correctly at the default 30-day interval. The client then fails to change its machine password, Windows perceives the machine account as stale, and domain authentication fails.
yesterday. i installed all available updates on our domain controllers and also on my laptop to test - the issue still exists.
