Can I transfer Windows 7 retail license to Windows 11?
I am going to build a new PC and want to know the procedure to transfer my license. Does the same license key work when upgrading from Windows.7 to Windows 11?
Win7 retail keys can activate Win11, but it requires a clean installationand linking to a Microsoft account.
