Can I still upgrade to windows 11 from windows 7? Dell Latitude E6430

i did this 2 to 3 times on my dell latitude e6430. although not officially....
you know that to run windows 11 on a laptop it must have these requirements:
- Processor (CPU): 1 GHz or faster with 2+ cores on a 64-bit approved list (Intel 8th Gen or newer)
- RAM: 4 GB minimum
- Storage: 64 GB or larger available space
- System Firmware: UEFI with Secure Boot capability
- TPM Security: TPM version 2.0 (Trusted Platform Module)
- Graphics Card: DirectX 12 compatible with WDDM 2.0 driver
what dell latitude e6430 has...
- CPU: 3rd Generation Intel Core i5 processor (Unsupported CPU generation)
- RAM: Usually shipped with 4 GB or 8 GB DDR3 (max 8GB–16GB) (if it has 8 GB your'e good to go)

now looking at the data the only thing that meets is the ram nothing else....
so its clear that windows 11 is not supported on dell latitude e6430.
however......
there is an unofficial way to download and install windows 11:
first you need:
1. An 8 GB or larger USB flash drive (backup any data on it first, as it will be erased).
2. The official Windows 11 ISO file (downloaded directly from Microsoft's official website).
3. Rufus (a free tool used to create bootable USB drives).
steps to bypass hardware requirements:
1. Plug your USB drive into your PC and open Rufus.
2. Select your USB drive under Device, then click SELECT to pick the Windows 11 ISO file you downloaded.
3. Set the Partition scheme to MBR (or GPT depending on whether your E6430 is set to Legacy BIOS or UEFI mode).
