If you have an NVIDIA graphics card, you can use the NVIDIA Control Panel to monitor GPU usage. Open the NVIDIA Control Panel and click on "System Information". Look for the "GPU Usage" section. You'll see a graph that shows the usage percentage for your dedicated graphics card and IGPU.
