Can i reset my PIN with these obstacles?

I’m trying to access my laptop, problem is I don’t have access to my Microsoft account (Don’t know password,) and obviously can’t access my bitlocker. I don’t know if I’m admin even though I’m the only account cause it won’t say so. Anything i can do? I need something on that laptop that’s very important.
