Can a single SSD drive install a dual-boot system with Windows 11 and Windows 11?

On a Dell laptop with a single SSD partitioned into two sections, attempting to install a second Windows 11 system resulted in the inability to click “Next” during the installation interface to proceed to the disk selection step (likely due to boot or installer restrictions). AI tools suggested a workaround, but practical implementation failed. Seeking specific partition configuration, boot settings, and installation methods.

se a third-party partitioning tool to create an independent partition for the second system. After booting from the Windows installation USB, press Shift+F10 to open the Command Prompt, run diskpart, and manually select that partition for installation.
