C-Drive storage decreased overnight from 18Gb free to 2 GB free space

C-Drive storage decreased overnight from 18Gb free to 2 GB free space. I have run all Microsoft tools, i.e. Disk Clean and System Clean, and run %temp%, Run prefetch. My Windows 11 Storage Sense is on, and all recommended cleaning actions have been followed. The Storage on Drive C is still at 3.28 Gb.
