bug can't open start menu using windows key in windows 11 beta update version KB5016591

core i7 11800H + RTX 3050
getting a problem that the windows key can't work and also the F1 to F12 keys can't run
when I uninstalled this new update it was back to normal but this update suddenly reinstalled with problems that haven't improved
please for the developer to provide the latest update because it is very disturbing for my activities

I hope this bug doesn't happen in the next update
