BUG: Auto hide taskbar causes clock to not be shown on startup - toggling brings it back

If your clock is not in your taskbar, Settings / Personalisation / Taskbar / Taskbar behaviours / disable and re-enable automatically hide taskbar

Seems simple enough to fix right?

I am personally getting sick of doing this every day so it would be good to understand why it happens
