BSOD Loop, cannot log in?

My computer gets stuck in a Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) loop. Every time I try to log in to my Windows account, the computer crashes and restarts, and then immediately goes back to the login screen. It doesn't matter if I try to log in with my admin account or guest account, or even try to boot in safe mode - the same thing happens every time. The BSOD says that the problem is caused by a driver or hardware issue, but I've tried updating all my drivers and running a disk check with no luck.
