BSOD error: PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA

It is Windows 11 July 2025 Cumulative update. I am unable to get safe mode/windows repair mode up.

    Go and try the Advance repair feature that comes with Windows 11

    Since you're unable to access Safe Mode or Recovery, using the Windows installation media is often the most reliable route to fix boot issues caused by recent updates.
