Blurred window bug

Hey, guys.

I created an account here to report a bug that I came across a couple times. I don't know what or if I did something to encounter it, but sometimes a blurred window appears on top of everything in my desktop.

When it is there, I can't get rid of it by any means. I can't alt+f4 it, can't drag it, actually if I right click the thing it is like if I was right clicking the desktop and the options show up unblurred. Any programs that I open will go behind this blur wall, I can drag them and all. Nothing removes it but a restart. Sometimes the blur takes the whole screen, unlike the one in screenshot.

Has anyone seen this as well? And if so, is there a solution to remove it? I tried looking for other people having the same bug but I haven't found anything yet.

Thanks everyone in advance.

Try uninstall your graphic card driver and see if the problem persist?
Open start and search for feedback and open the Feedback Hub app and report this issue.
