Bluetooth earbuds won't connect to audio
Things I've tried that do nothing :
Restart PC/ Remove and reconnect earbuds/ Uninstall Bluetooth / Update drivers/ Hold power button on the earbuds for 7 seconds/ No other Bluetooth devices are connected to my earbuds or laptop
My earbuds will randomly refuse to connect to the audio, it'll say connected but not to the audio, which is the one thing I WANT it to be connected to. It won't allow me to manually select it as an audio device either in sound options. I have to fidget with it for around 40 minutes at a time trying to get the thing to play audio again. I'm using wi-c100 earbuds and they don't behave like this on any other device.

Delete the device + update the driver + reset the Bluetooth stack – 90% of issues can be resolved.

As I've said, I tried this method and it didn't work.
