Same here. I had to switch to WiFi dongle based mouse due to this. I might as well go back to the dark ages of USB wired mouse and keyboard because of this. And it happens on my desktop as well as laptop. Till now, the Surface tab seems to be OK. Between computer manufacturers (HP and Asus in my case) and Microsoft, why can't they figure out these things? It is not like I am using a dongle or third-party bluetooth - they is built in to these computers and so is Windows.
