I have this same issue on a custom Ryzen desktop build running Windows 11.
The problem appeared after I switched from Windows 10 to Windows 11.
It is very frustrating.
I am wondering whether replacing the Bluetooth dongle (Trust 17772) would solve the issue.
Atm I am forced to switch between the generic Bluetooth driver and the Qualcomm one through Device Manager by selecting "upgrade driver" when the problem occurs.
Miraculously, at times, the driver works even after being shut down in between, but rarely.
